I contacted the establishment in reference to a fire place door. When contacting an employee, the employee was unable to provide me with the assistance I needed, and referred me to call back when someone who new about the product I was needing. I was not impressed, and when contacting a place of business I would always recommend that all employee(s) are knowledgeable of their products, as well as what they are selling to the consumer.
