several years ago I got a quote from them to replace the weatherstrip that runs between the front and back window, they quoted me a price of $400 because they said the window had to come out. This morning I grabbed the weather strip with a pair of pliers, tapped downward on the pliers with a hammer, and the strip slid out. The new strip cost $36 for the pair. I lived with the problem for years because they made it sound like a hard job. They do good work, but they WILL quote you the most expensive option
