I came in and was never acknowledged by any staff member, although 2 of them made eye contact with me. One man was at the front desk talking with a customer, but there was no "welcome," "we'll be with you shortly," or anything. I wouldn't come back because the environment was not welcoming at all.
I spoke with Mike and he was nice. We set up a day and time to pick up my bike but they never showed up. Wasted half a work day waiting for them and they didn't even bother calling.
Great shop! I appreciate the thorough exam of my bike and fair dealing. If you've got a Harley, this is the place to go for honest and well-done repairs and service.

The guys here are great to work with. I had a classic Triumph that needed work done, and these guys were on it. They even held the bike for me while I arranged a pickup months after the work had been completed. They were kind, respectful, and easy to talk to and work with. Bob told me he would make sure the bike ran perfectly when I was able to get it, and it kicked over the first time. These are good people!
