No testing done in a sound booth. When products don’t work properly do not offer alternatives, keep pushing the same old crap. Cleaning ears when not qualified to do so. Question the cleanliness of their equipment.
HoH has taken care of me for 40 years. They saved my life. Jim and the entire staff are the best in the world, bar none!
