I had an absolutely abysmal experience in quality of service with this clinic. An appointment of mine was scheduled here close to the beginning of the year. I was called last week by this clinic, informing they rescheduled since it conflicted with a team meeting. I was fine, agreed, and adjusted my own schedule to meet the new time. Now the day of the appointment, I called in first thing to confirm my time. Unfortunate experience today I suppose. My doctor had not told me to book an appointment. I arrived and was met with frustration from the front desk. I understand that on the spot it is surprising to have someone walk in but their approach should definitely change. I was made to feel unwelcome and a burden. On the other hand, the staff in the back was lovely and efficient. Even without an appointment I waited no more than 15 minutes.
My husband, Mohsin Virjee first saw Ryan Nho last year in July 2023. Ryan tested his hearing and accordingly ordered a customized pair of hearing aid. I've accompanied Mohsin in all his visits with Ryan. My husband's hearing improved immediately after wearing the hearing aid. It's made a huge difference with our family lives and Mohsin's involvement with conversations. And after a few adjustments over the year, Mohsin is truly happy with his hearing.
