AVOID THIS OFFICE IF YOU CAN !! One of the worst experiences I have had with a hearing clinic. My impression after dealing with this office was that the priority is selling expensive hearing devices, not providing honest and objective advice. You come in for an appointment, they perform a hearing test, and suddenly you are told that you need a hearing device. Then comes the shocking price. The prices they quoted were outrageously high. I recently purchased new hearing aids at this location. Not only am I completely satisfied with the hearing aids but more importantly I am absolutely impressed with the service and follow-up support I've received from Simone. She gave me all the time I needed to show me how to use my hearing aids for my individual needs. I was given prompt appointments to deal with any further adjustments I needed. Simone, the audiologist that we dealt with, was very knowledgeable and has an excellent disposition. She tested and fitted by 91 year old mother, who suffers with dimentia, with hearing aids. Her custom fitting, ongoing instructions, follow-up assessments and attention to detail have made the transition to hearing aids very smooth and extremely successful for my mother.
