My mother's hearing aid got dropped and a piece got broken out of the case. We had purchased the hearing aid elsewhere but I took it to House of Hearing to see if they might be able to fix it for us. The receptionist took it right back and within about 10 minutes Matt brought it back to me glued back together! And they didn't charge me anything! We will be returning to them for sure for our audiology and hearing aid needs. Thank you House of Hearing.
