The only good experience I've had with the House of Hearing is at the Salt Lake City downtown office where I first bought my hearing aids. Sadly the experiences just keep getting worse at the their other locations. They are unorganized and show little concern for the patients who are in need of some expert, decent care. Hearing loss is a difficult problem so not having an experienced technician to help with the difficulties that arise is of great concern. They don't have receptionists who are trained to help.
