Worst ownership customer service and horrible stylists. Have tried a few of them for both myself and my son and so disappointed. Brought my son home from his cut and his uncle said “you have to start taking him to a barber, this is bad” and I said “I just did!!” Spend your money elsewhere and get a good cut with an owner who deserves your business. Steve is the worst!

I stopped into this shop years back when it was in downtown of New Hope and it was a happening place. One barber I spoke with was kind and I recall mentioning that I would be back another day for a haircut. I never got around to it until yesterday. The location was hard to find and I had to call to learn where it was in the plaza. When I moved to Bucks County from New York, I had a hard time finding a barber who was truly skilled. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I found Steven. Best barber in Bucks County in my opinion. Bonus points for being gay friendly - I love that I can talk about my husband and my life with my barber. I mean, isn’t that what going to the barbershop is for???
