Unfortunately I was unimpressed. I came for a blow out for a wedding and I asked for a trim and volume. I don't get my hair blown out other than when I get it cut about once a year so I was really excited! My hair normally falls flat so all I wanted was a bouncy, light blow out. I left with my hair pretty much flat as could be and underwhelmed with what I paid $80 (including tips) for. I easily could have done what my stylist did at home myself. As a curly-haired person, I will not be returning to House of Hair. I came for a root touch-up, and while I understand my stylist was not a curl specialist, I expected more than just to see a bottle of gel placed in front of me at the end. I actually sat there waiting to be styled because she didnt properly communicate she wouldnt be doing it.
