Everything about my experience was incredible! The salon is beautifully decorated, very clean, and luxurious. I was given a champagne flute of Pelegrino, and my neck was wrapped in a warm towel, and I showed Joanne some inspiration pictures for my color. She was very knowledgeable and had color samples to choose from, which ended up being spot on. The whole experience was truly relaxing, with an amazing head massage along with the shampoo.
