Monique is pompous, haughty and ignorantly racist, it's absolutely disgusting. If you're a p.o.c. she will talk down to you and most likely ruin your hair. If you're a young p.o.c., she'll not hesitate to make you cry. There are other stylists in the vicinity more deserving of business.
