Tried this BBQ truck 03/13/25. Honest review of the Brisket plate with a added sausage. The plating was done very nicely in the to go box and even with a little foil to help keep the food warm. The Brisket looked very good, was very moist and tender.with a nice outside bark on the meat...however it lacked on flavor I definitely had to use the included BBQ sauce.
