Fantastic services. I trust Adrienne completely—she’s been great at suggesting treatments I didn’t know about.
I had a confirmed appointment that I showed up for, only to find that the place was closed. I then tried to call and email through various channels to find out what happened and to reschedule. They never responded. I am really surprised at how unresponsive and unprofessional they were by ghosting me.
I’ve been coming to the spa for a little over a year now and I just love the service! The ladies are so warm and welcoming :) Adrienne is excellent at Botox and explains everything so thoroughly, I learn more and more at every visit. Sometimes about things that may not even apply to the service I’m there for. From time to time, my daughter comes along and gets a lip flip from Adrienne.
