All I can say is the other reviewer must be talking about a different place, because the service I received was above and beyond what I'd expected. The people I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. In fact, when I had made an error in selecting acrylic when I should have used glass, I went back to House of Glass to have the same panels made in glass, and wasn't even charged!
