I used House of Glass to replace broken double pane glass in my basement hopper window. The window was discontinued and I could not buy replacement sash. Contractors were suggesting to buy the entire new window and they will charge for installation of it. The window is one of the 3 windows in the front, I would lose uniform look of my facade with a different window. I was at a total dispare. I called House of Glass at 8 am, the phone was answered. It is my second time that I use House of Glass. This time, a tip appeared on the windshield, and House of Glass is my first ring. They had just finished and the repairs seemed wonderful. They spent a lot of time trying to make the best possible repairs. First class skills and services. I would recommend House of Glass to all.
My side mirror was shattered and knocked off track. HoG replaced the mirror for a reasonable price, but didn't set the mirror back on track. I have to go to another place to get that fixed.
Owner gave my father a price and never showed up and when we called back they tried to get much more money because they were now speaking with someone different and didn’t know it. Almost doubled why???? Can’t trust these people!!!!!
