Bad business, bad product.
The store itself has not opened after a year has passed that they claimed it would. This is only an online business. I used to support the business, however recently when I came to pick up on in-store pickup order I experienced such shocking behavior by the owner. He was yelling at his female employees, blaming them for his store not opening - he doesn't seem all there...
