Great place for a good work out.
This is a great local gym! It has everything we need, including weight machines, freeweights, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, & some classes. It also has a room where you can get a mat and work out with lighter free weights, stretch, etc. in privacy. The monthly fee is very reasonable.
