Oh they're friendly and helpful when helping you pick what you're going to buy as would any good store but once you re-enter their doors for a return or exchange you'll immediately see their face change in preparation for battle. Seriously prepare yourself for Sherlock Holmes, total unfriendliness, nitpicking, and a really uncomfortable experience. They have a bad rep for this.

Awesome store, I go there for almost every present for a loved one and for myself. I think they are great and very kind and helpful. My favorite store for sure!!!
First time I went I left pi$$ed when they first changed owners. Went in today was alot better. Didnt have what I wanted but still would go back.

House of Football truly rocks but there IS one problem.... They never called me about the Super Ball tickets I won (I'm sure I won them)........ Beyond that, always a great experience at HOF!!!!
