Their website is completely broken. Anything you click just returns you to the home page. No one answered the phone when I called twice.
I ordered yesterday online to pick up today Saturday August 10th. The website says it's open as did the email confirmation. However, I drove over an hour to find that they are CLOSED! I called the phone number, no answer. I'm beyond unhappy with this place!
Ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral; order was placed via telephone on Tuesday. Upon arrival at the funeral on Thursday, no flower arrangement was present nor had been delivered for the visitation scheduled on Wednesday evening. House of Flowers was contacted - they stated they had the wrong date, planning to deliver the flowers on Friday, the day following the funeral. They missed the visitation, along with the funeral. The birthday arrangement I ordered was beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them in future!
