The lady was nice
Had a appointment a 2 pm waited over 45min and nobody showed up. No call nothing. Horrible customer service. Had one guy cutting hair and he said he didn't know where all the workers went and had no way of contacting them. Such a waste of time. Learn some professionalism, not how you run a business!!
My favorite place to get a hair cut. Min, my barber, is awesome, and has a great craft for what he does!
Sad this place had potential. To make a long story short I mad 2 appointments in the morning. Both confirmed. Only to go in for them to tell me they are short handed then take in 4 kids from 2 different customers both who did not have appointments. At this point of being told this it was already 15min passed my kids appointment time and wpuld have had to wait an additional hour before my kids could get their hair cut.
