There used to be a problem when they first opened up because of some bad employees. But I have been going to this spa a long time and believe me they have changed for the better. There is a more perceptional staff. And not to mention the amazing spa that you can rent out for partys! :D
House of elan has been great every time I have been there. It is a very relaxing place that had so many things to help me get ready for my wedding! It was professional and amazing service.
Never EVER go to this spa!!!! I got first degree burns on my underarm. The doctor, who confirmed I had first degree burns, said he would pay for the prescriptions he wrote to help the scarring as well as reimburse me for my money. Instead he made his secretary call me back when I tried to get ahold of him and explained he wouldnt reimburse me for anything. The people there are rude and unfriendly. horrible spa – Nasty staff, bad service, waste of time and money. I left feeling totally upset. Never go. Found this place on Spafinder and all I can think is that the good reviews were faked by their own staff. The reality is that this is a bad place. Steer clear of the injections.... cuz the place is shared with infectious disease patients....ugh. Steer clear....I will never go back. Save your time money and health.
Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the poor services and bad attitude of the staff here. Bathroom is shared with sick patients ( infectious ) and the workers here are awful. The facility has had alot of money put into it and is very pretty. However, the workers have rude attitudes and poor skills. parking is not an issue if this was a good place but this place is not clean and the aesthetician was rude, smelled like smoke and did not even know what she was doing. My botox was injected by an aesthetician - with no doctor to be found. Blood squirted onto my shirt and the aesthetician had no idea what she was doing. This place is scary!
my first visit to the house of elan was so warm and welcoming. i received the best service from each and every employee i encountered.
