TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HOUSE OF DOORS. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL ALSO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO SETTLE A PENDING MATTER. THERE ARE TOO MANY CHOICES FOR THIS TYPE OF COMPANY IN MIAMI. FIND ANOTHER ONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH LOTS OF AGGRAVATION.
Theives – I paid them 50% of the total job cost 5 months ago and still do not have my door installed. They have not returned my calls either. I don't know if they are now out of bussiness or what but I know that you shouldn't trust them with your money!
Honest and trustworthy company which counts for a lot these days – I highly recommend this company because they stand by their product. They are solid, honest, and work with you giving you welcomed advice. They also do restoration of doors, which for those that cannot afford a new door can refinish. Some times manufacturers take long to deliver a product, that should not reflect on this company that does exceptional work.
had to cancell order – After eight weeks they couldnt get our order correct, we had to demand a refund and go somewhere else. Stay away!
