I dropped my dog off with golden retriever hair and when I picked him up, part of his fur was dyed light gray. After much back and forth with the owner, and a visit to my vet, per the salon owner suggestion (70.00 extra dollars). I’ve still not heard back from the owner or have been reimbursed for groom or vet. Some kind of dye spilled on my dog while at house of dog. It’s a mystery to everyone, we would just like an explanation to what happened to our dog.
Great service (customer and pet), very nice employees and an awesome place to bring your dog! Recommend to all!
