I am so disappointed with this company! I purchased a ring for my husband as a (surprise); however, he did not like the cut and the way the ring presented. I reached out to the sales associate which is the manager at one of the resorts in Jamaica, West Indies who assured me that since I live in the tri-state area if I need to make any changes I could go to the satellite store.
