Justin was such a huge help. This was mine and my boyfriend's first time looking at rings, let alone talking about customizing a ring. We left with a plan to customize my perfect ring for a great price. I highly recommend going to talking to them if you are interested in customizing a ring. It is much more affordable than you think. Justin was so knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy! I can not wait to continue to work with them through this process.

My honest review, i had a terrible experience in this shop, while buying the product everything looks good but after sale service has been one of the worst experience i had. Also they always say that incase we want to upgrade, the prices always goes up and you just have to pay the difference but after 4 years, they valued my gold and diamond at less than 50% of the purchase price, very rude.
