Not overly pleased with our experience today. My son has had his haircut there a couple times, both times were great. Personable barber, chatting, engaged with him etc. today was a different guy, who was 15 minutes late with NO apology or anything. Didn’t even acknowledge us when he finally arrived after a text to my son saying he was “on the way” a couple minutes after the appt time had passed.
