Got my nails done for the first time ever. The lady who helped me was nice, but I didn't get what I asked for. I wanted matte and she gave me chrome. I was hoping to grow to like them but im just unhappy with them.
Have been going here a LONG time. The past year the service has definately changed. Hurry up get u done and out. I got a pedi today and some of the polish is peeling off already 🙄 This is the second time this summer this has happened. I guess I need to find a new place to go. Opening up new salons is nice but taking care of customers IS the name of rhe game. And the folks used to be so friendly, not so much any more. Today I witnessed a rude exchange with an elderly client as well. This isn't the place it used to be 😪

If you need a gel fill in, ask for Tiffany. She did such a great job! It looks like a brand new set!
Haley and her team do an exceptional job. My personal favorite technicians are Cynthia & Anh for nails and Ms. Linda for pedicure. Highly recommend.
