10/10 I’d recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a piercing or tattoo. I went here because my friends had recommended it, and I am so glad that I did! I went with a friend to get pierced together. The front desk girls are super sweet and always answer any questions you may have. My piercer was Dean and he was great. I get all of my piercings from HOC for years now. Dean is my go to but I’ve had maybe two others assist me, whether with my nose piercings, tongue, or other places on my body, and never had any issues or complaints. I even took my daughters there to get their septum’s and nose piercings as well because they’re so good. I am very comfortable and happy once whatever I came to get is done. Got a tattoo done by Allen two years ago looks amazing still but recently got a double helix and first red flag was the piercer asking me if I wanted a hoop… on a new piercing then him also giving me short flat back earrings that have given me irritation bumps. Definitely recommend Allen he’s chill and extremely talented not sure what’s up w that piercer tho
