Worst business in town. Won’t even let you pick up products anymore, they make you pay a $40 shipping fee. Horrible local business. Don’t waste your money. Bezos is a better option.
Use to be the best store! Went in monthly to get supplies for my business. Next thing I know, they are closed and won’t let anyone come in. Which I thought was weird, but okay! I tried calling for over a month to place an order to do pick up and never got anything back. Emailed them and got ignored completely. Tried again yesterday, and now it’s only shipping. Since COVID they have stopped allowing the public in their store. You have to call in your order - takes them 2 hours to get it together and then another 30 minutes for them to bring it out to you. Definitely going elsewhere from now on - such a hassle.
