I’ve been training at House of Chaos for over three months, and Steve is an incredible coach! He’s precise, focused, and always knows how to get the best out of you. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my lifting, and the supportive community makes it a motivating and welcoming environment. Couldn’t recommend more 🤗
Started working with Steven at HOC about 12 weeks ago and its been a blast. The space is awesome and welcoming, and Steven is super knowledgeable. I've had a great time Weightlifting and plan to continue well into the future with the team here.
The gym is super well equipped, the team environment is supportive and motivating, and coach Steve knows exactly when to push you or tell you to dial it back. Doesn't matter if you're lifting the bar or 200kg, trying weightlifting for the first time or wanting to go to national championships, this is a great place to train and Steve will help you get there. Bonus points for friendly gym dog!
It is an impressive journey that training in HOC. I train with the whole team when I struggle with snatching 55 kg and clean and jerk 75 kg. Now this old number just became my chilling daily routine and; they even make me to become NSW No.1. HOC is an extremely friendly place for the all-level weightlifters to train. Come and train with the team!!🤘🤘
A great weightlifting space with an amazing and supportive community of coaches and athletes. Superb place to train and have some fun while you're at it
