This review has been long overdue. For years my son a lover of Football has had a problem with very bad shin splints he has been through numerous therapy sessions and no result. In 2021 I moved to Delaware and was introduced to House of Champs by a car dealership sales personnel. I joined Coach B's Byond Strength now Strong HER a year ago and have loved it! I love the workouts that Coach B creates.They are challenging, kick my butt regularly and make me feel accomplished when I'm done. My daughter also joined HOC for athlete training to continue to work on strength, agility, speed and most importantly injury prevention.
