Went for their free oil change promotion. I thought it was too good to be true, but they were extremely quick to book me in! Unlike other places where they try to outsell you, House of cars staff was straight to the point, very welcoming & profesional. So bad experience “I bought a car from House of Cars, and exactly 15 days later, the engine light came on. I had to pay $62 for an oil change, something that I believe should have been done before selling the car. Now, they tell me they can’t help me because the car doesn’t have a warranty, which I find completely unfair. It’s unacceptable that a car has problems so soon after purchase, and even more so that they won’t offer any solution.
