After having my accident and totaling my truck house of cars was amazing at matching my difficult request and getting me basically the same truck just newer and more options!
Although I couldn't find the right fit for me vehicle wise this round and did not make a purchase, the service was incredible. Dax has an honest demeanor and was polite and respectful. Just starting out his Career he was nothing but good to deal with. Too many salesman depend on high pressure tactics all the time that arent needed this guy has the balance figured out already. I will never buy from these crooks ever again its been a 3 month headache since my purchase, and in order to get the vehicle that turned out to not have all the advertised options I was told the purchase deal had to be in place just to get it brought from Calgary to Medicine Hat so i ended up having to purchase sight unseen, then it took over 2 months for the GM to get back to me to inform me that the second key for car was not there and these keys are 500$ , and now today from the lender. I had one the best experiences at house of cars! Ravi and Casey went above and beyond to get me on the road! I am from Lethbridge and they delivered my vehicle straight to my home without any hassle. They kept me in the loop with each step and helped me with absolutely everything! I am in love with my new Hyundai!
