Very frustrated with house of cars, I bought my truck from them in September 2023. When I got the truck it was filthy dirty and brakes were sooo squeaky, I had to send it back to get cleaned, then a week or two later had to send it back again to get the breaks replaced. A few month later a Bailiff comes to my home saying she’s here to take my truck because it has a lean on it for some cosmetics that the previous owner did not pay for. Our first time purchasing from house of cars with Fayez Hussein at 52nd location was the worst experience and I never intended to return to house of cars, however recently we returned and went to the fort mcleod location.
