The experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. We booked a test drive several days in advance, only to arrive and be told that test drives aren’t offered on certain days of the week. If that’s the case, why is it even an option on your website? Why didn’t anyone review the schedule and communicate this beforehand? We rebooked the appointment, only to receive a text less than 30 minutes before our new time stating that the vehicle was no longer available.
