Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I went to House of Cars and they pulled my credit 12 separate times without telling me. I never gave permission for them to shotgun my application to that many lenders. Because of this, my credit report is now full of hard inquiries and it has affected my score. I have personally and have known multiple people who have bought vehicles from this dealership for an inflated cost that were not mechanically sound. 2 sperate instances that engine failures have happend from a vehicle bought at house of cars. Multiple attempts to contact them after purchase to have issues fixed with no response. They avoided letting me inspect the car and made me feel rushed to sign contracts quickly leading to many things being missed.
