Awful customer service. Deborah does not need to answer the phone or interact with customers. One month later, I am still waiting for my place of business to be completed!
A winner in by book – I have used House of Carpets a couple times since we have been in our house. They are awsome!!! Great carpet selections – Recently I needed some carpet and after asking around I kept hearing the name House of Carpet. So I went to their showroom where I found I wonderful selection. The House of Carpet selection was incredible, from the traditional to contemporary to custom orders. Their staff was extremely helpful in guiding me to make my selections.
