Loved the Southern Charm! I have been to several splendid events here over the years including an engagement party. They have a beautiful ballroom for events where live bands can set up and where we enjoyed some dancing. I really liked how the house is conveniently located on St Charles next to many hotels and the St Charles Streetcar line. Mrs.Broel Very Rude Attended a Wedding here and Mrs. Broel was VERY RUDE to the wedding guest. I would never recommend this place of business to ANYONE!
Wonderful Place for a Wedding The House of Broel is a wonderful place for a wedding and reception! Ms. Bonnie Broel and her staff make you feel right at home and take care of everything you need! The food is excellent and there is a wide variety of foods to meet everyone's tastes. The members of the House of Broel team went the extra mile to make this a memorable time in our lives! When you have such a wonderful blend of good people, good drink, great food, and such a beautiful home how could you possibly go wrong!
too stuffy House Of Broel is located Uptown on St. Charles near downtown. I expected a lot from House Of Broel and it did not have the selection I was hoping for. I didn’t find any dresses that I liked here for my wedding. Neither my wedding gown nor bridesmaid dresses. Way too cramped too.
