I had a very disappointing experience with House of Brides Couture. We had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance and confirmed the appointment two weeks ago. However, when our party arrived at the scheduled time, we were shocked to find the location pad-locked with no inventory inside. We called the other location only to learn that it is permanently closed and will not be reopening at the farther location next week, as we had been told. The store was very dirty. We found a large bug in one of the dresses. The lady helping me was clearly focused on making a sale. I felt like I couldn’t look at the dresses and the lady helping with my appt kept making bizarre comments. She was extremely inexperienced and she didn’t know how to pin a simple dress.

Extremely racist, unprofessional and rude. I didn’t know how to end the session. The two ladies kept telling me how expensive the dresses were, and how expensive alterations were. After finding only 2 dresses myself I saw another on a mannequin. After asking to try it on Joann said it was way too expensive. I asked her how much and she said 4500. Felt very welcomed when I walked in. The staff were all extremely friendly and outgoing. They made my experience so much better! I walked in not knowing what style I wanted. They took their time and allowed me to try on so many dresses until I found the one. I could not have asked for a better experience! Would recommend everyone to visit here! Thank you for all your help!
