Bad Customer Service = Lost Customer I had a really bad experience here. For a first time bride I had been told to call ahead to schedule an appointment. My future mother-in-law and I did and we arrived there an hour early. We get there and the woman that was suppose to be helping me didn't pay attention to me at all. She had me electronically sign in and just pointed to a rack of dresses and said "those are for the bigger size people," and left the two of us to fend for ourselves.
Not sure how they stay in business – So I got sent to get fitted for my bridesmaid dress several months before the wedding, plenty of time. It was a pretty enough dress, the bride has always had good taste. Sooooooooo, The lady who helped me was super nice & helpful, got the right size it fit perfectly no alterations needed. I should have been able to pick it up no fuss. HA! First, they kept losing my info. Then the wrong dress came in.
