I don’t usually write bad reviews — but I had to say something about this service. I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance. (Ashley) was late and had to pick up my hair. I had no problem with that, because she texted me and explained why she was late. She washed, conditioned and blow dried my hair - which was supposed to be free (on the website) but I was charged $20. Still not a big issue. She was done in about 3 1/2 hours which was great. This was my first time here, and the experience was great. The atmosphere felt very welcoming—almost like being at a friend’s house. The room was nicely decorated, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. My braider was very professional, and I was really happy with how my braids turned out. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the quality of the work makes it worth it.

Luv does an amazing job with braiding but there can be improvements in other areas she rescheduled twice the day I come in after being told to come at the same time she has someone else in the chair 30 mins have went by why tell me to come at the same time knowing someone else is ahead and you’re not even done with them when I made an appointment my time is important I have to work and my daughter have class we can’t just.
