I'd probably get better customer service and hair care from an amputee with a rusty kitchen knife. I know toddlers that are more professional. If you're a high value person who don't wanna waste your time, think: you checked Google reviews for a reason , and there's many other options on the list you've googled for whatever hair service. What an amazing experience she was so personable knowledgeable about what she was doing came up with a plan for my hair and it's growth it was just an overall great experience.

Unfortunately, not every stylist is professional. I spent over an hour in a consultation via cellular phone with this stylist. My very first time speaking with her. I actually thought this person would be great. She gave a long oration on being on time for appointments and cancellation. There is a $50.00 deposit for those individuals who cancel without calling her. She made my appointment in the evening at 5:00 p.m. for Boho box braids medium.
