The environment is very welcoming, organized, and clean. Shay made me comfortable and explained the complexities of my hair very well. I am now on a deep conditioning regimen, and I look forward to future appointments. My hair feels lighter and much healthier. 10/10 I highly recommend!!
This was a waste of my time. I booked an appointment with Shay and still had to sit there for over an hour while she worked on another client. Then instead of fixing the situation, I was asked if I wanted to cancel and reschedule. No accountability at all. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Thankfully, Mindful Beauty by Sylvia was professional, on time, and did an amazing job. Do better—people’s time matters.
