We called House of Blinds to see if we could get a part for a shade repair. They told us Yes, we should come over. They did not have the part in stock, but told us they would order it for us and have it the following day & call us when it came in. We called them 2 days later, it still had not arrived but they told us they were expecting it later that same day & would call us. We NEVER heard back from them !!
House of Blinds did an excellent job on the blinds in my daughter's home. We looked on the internet for window blinds in North Miami. We contacted House of Blinds on a Wednesday afternoon and they can that evening after 6:00. They took the measurements and we paid a deposit. The next week the blinds were ready and they installed them. The window in the den was really a hard window to cover and we had no idea as to what to tell him to do with it. I am so please with HOB, they are really the best. From the moment I contacted them I knew it was the end of my search for window treatment. They are so nice, professional, knowledable, reliable and truly have the best prices around. (Believe me I know I shopped around for awhile).
