I had electrolysis with Fiona. I had never had anything like this done before, but right from my initial phone call Fiona was super helpful, friendly, and was flexible in changing the appointment I'd booked after we discussed my needs. In the first session she explained everything extremely clearly, and shattered most of my questions without my needing to ask them. High-quality treatments, and lovely friendly staff. I had the new Eim MediHeel pedicure, it the best treatment I have had on my feet, Left them very smooth. Great job on my feet and a great job on my fingers, I had a shape & shellac varnish on my fingers.
Another great visit, and Kirsty did a great job as always. Always helpful.
Got an appointment at short notice and was very happy with Amy's professionalism. Love my nails. Great range of colours to choose from too.
