Skin burnt during eyebrow wax. Needed treatment to heal. This is despite informing use of retinol and something that has never happened before with other salons. Extremely disappointed that 2 attempts to contact this salon ignored
Waxing did not take away all hairs, absoute shambles, stubble from the off, never going back again.
