I came in for starter locs, and asked for a certain range of locs as I had a vision for what I’d like. My stylist told me he did not count locs, but he seemed confident so I trusted the process. I figured I’d at least be close. When I left, I counted the locs and I had almost 30 less than the range I’d requested. Worse, my parting was not symmetrical.
