I have paid for a haircut with Bad Apple, they have taken the money and the shop is closed. Why not just close down the website? Surely they are just trying to scam people out of money at this point. It's been over a week and I have not been contacted or refunded.

They coloured my hair and it was not the colour that I asked for and the excuse given was the previous colourist (who achieved the perfect platinum blonde) used a special bleach!!!! I went back to the salon two weeks later for a correction and was told by someone in the shops opposite that the salon had closed down. I was not notified and had it not been for the kind woman across the road, myself and another 10am appointment would have been standing outside looking silly for a lot longer.
