My bf purchased 2 items for my birthday Aug.17th these weren’t custom pieces so according to the faq processing takes a couple of business days. I emailed them and even tried to use the chat option on the site to check the process of the order. I asked for them to just cancel the order through email no response. On sept. 3rd it said a shipping label was created but nothing has been sent to usps as of today. I live in the same city where the business is located, I’d been wanting to try the pieces for a few years now.

PSA: Do not do business with This company. Here is my experience. Sarah and I started working with her in early February for custom rings for the wedding. After 2 months of finalizing we paid to start production on April 14th. She stated the rings will be ready by the end of MAY! After over a month of not hearing a word, we reached out May 27th... I have been wearing a necklace I bought here for over 3 years now! In the shower, swimming, sweating and it is still in perfect condition! Can't wait to get a few more pieces!
I can't wait to buy another piece from them. I'm saving up for my next birthday. Beautiful products and the owner is awesome very professional
