Very professional. They heard the problem my car was presenting. They diagnosed it and suggested what I should do. It was very timely.Thanks Daniel and Tom.
I stopped by shop and spoke with Tom. I told him my 2018 Altima was having acceleration issues. He stopped what he was doing and took the time to check out my car, ran a diagnostic, and let me know it was a transmission failure.....all without charging me a thing. He was very honest, helpful, and experienced. He made sure I understood what was going on before sending me on my way. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Highly, highly recommend.
My transmission broke down on a cross-country roadtrip, and the replacement transmission I got in Colorado failed in Sacramento. I’m really grateful I found Tom! He was extremely professional and empathetic to my situation, and he figured out how to repair the part that broke for less than he originally quoted me.
