I had an extremely frustrating experience with House of Auto. I placed a deposit on a vehicle over a month ago, and despite repeatedly asking for a refund, I have yet to receive my money back. Instead of resolving the issue, the salesperson, Nacho, kept offering me other cars—which I never asked for. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

If you want a good car don't bring your hard earned money here.Their cars are no good you will be bringing it back in a week or so because of an existing problem they're going to tell you they fixed it just for you to have the same out come.
